Il comitato organizzatore della Deepcon ha ufficialmente annunciato una nuova Ospite della Deepcon 19: Hanne Paine.
Hanne Paine è un’esperta di Lang Belta, la lingua inventata che viene parlata dagli abitanti della Fascia nella serie televisiva di fantascienza The Expanse. Il suo workshop full-immersion è tenuto completamente in Lang Belta, e a oggi rappresenta il più lungo caso documentato di uso della lingua. Hanne ha tenuto le sue lezioni in varie convention, tra cui quella di Baltimora e la Worldcon di Helsinki. È già confermata la sua presenza nel 2018 a varie convention in Europa, Stati Uniti e Canada. Alla Deepcon, oltre al workshop, parteciperà anche a un panel sul doppiaggio italiano di The Expanse, esponendo il suo punto di vista. Hanne modera le comunità dedicate alla serie su Reddit e Discord, e collabora a vari progetti correlati allo show, in particolare riguardanti siti web. Ha anche creato alcuni cocktail a tema. Hanne è canadese e americana, e vive a New York.
Hanne Paine is an expert on Lang Belta, the constructed language spoken by the people of the Belt on the sci fi show The Expanse. Her completely immersive workshop on Lang Belta represents the longest documented continuous speaking of the language. Hanne has taught Lang Belta at conventions from Helsinki to Baltimore, and will be at cons in Europe, the United States, and Canada in 2018. At Deepcon, she will be teaching her Lang Belta workshop and offering perspective on the Italian dubbing of The Expanse. She is a moderator of The Expanse communities on Reddit and Discord, and contributes related projects such as websites and character-themed cocktails. Hanne is Canadian-American, and lives in New York City.
